Child Safety Standards

Last updated: June 2026

Our Commitment

MotoCommunity is a platform for motorcycle enthusiasts to plan rides, connect with fellow riders, and share the joy of motorcycling. We are absolutely committed to protecting children and have zero tolerance for any content or behaviour that constitutes child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

Prohibited Content and Behaviour

The following is strictly prohibited on MotoCommunity:

  • Any content that sexually exploits or abuses minors, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
  • Grooming, soliciting, or attempting to exploit minors in any way.
  • Sharing, distributing, or requesting any material that depicts the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
  • Any communication intended to harm, exploit, or endanger children.

Violations of these standards will result in immediate account termination and will be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

Reporting a Concern

MotoCommunity provides in-app tools for users to report inappropriate content or behaviour. If you encounter any content that you believe may involve child exploitation or abuse, please report it immediately using the in-app reporting feature or contact us directly at [email protected].

We treat all reports seriously and will take immediate action, including reporting to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or local law enforcement where required by law.

Legal Compliance

MotoCommunity complies with all applicable laws regarding child safety, including but not limited to the laws of Ukraine, the European Union, and the United States. We promptly report any identified CSAE violations to the appropriate regional and national authorities.

Age Restriction

MotoCommunity is intended for users aged 18 and older. Motorcycle riding requires a valid licence and is not suitable for minors. By creating an account, users confirm they are at least 18 years of age.
