MotoCommunity ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Data We Collect
When you use MotoCommunity, we collect: your name and email address during registration; your approximate location (city/region) shown on your profile; profile photo uploaded by you; motorcycle ride details you create or join; ratings and reviews you submit; languages you speak (optional); authentication tokens for session management.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to: provide and operate the MotoCommunity app; show you nearby rides and riders; enable community features (Riding Circle, ratings); send transactional emails (email verification, password reset); improve the product based on aggregated usage patterns.
3. Third-Party Services
MotoCommunity uses the following third-party services: Google OAuth and Apple Sign In β for authentication; Cloudflare R2 β for storing profile photos; Resend β for sending transactional emails; Railway β for server hosting; Neon (PostgreSQL) β for database storage.
4. Data Retention
We store your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings β Danger Zone β Delete Account. Upon deletion, all your personal data is permanently and immediately removed.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To request data export or deletion, contact us at the email below.
6. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS, hashed passwords, and secure token storage. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
